We collect only what's necessary to provide our service:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your email address
• Your date of birth
• Your name (if voluntarily provided)
• Your city and country (used only to determine your timezone for insights)
• Any text, image, or voice logs you voluntarily submit for analysis
• This information is provided by you directly and is never inferred or collected through automated tracking.

We do not access your contacts, location services, or background activity.

We retain your data only for as long as is necessary to provide the Service, or until you request its deletion.

We use your data to provide you with personalized reflections, pattern recognition, and health insights tailored to your unique experience.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with marketers or third parties.

With time we may also use fully anonymized and de-identified data to:

• Improve the accuracy and responsiveness of our AI
• Identify helpful trends across the user base
• Create statistical or educational insights for the benefit of the community

This process never includes personally identifiable information and is never used to train third-party AI systems.

Our data practices are guided by transparency, respect, and your full ownership of your information.

• You send messages via WhatsApp
• Messages are securely routed to us via Whapi (our WhatsApp API provider)
• Data is stored securely in Firebase (Google)
• Analysis is performed using Claude Sonnet 4, a large language model developed by Anthropic, integrated via secure API

All transmissions are encrypted and handled under high-security protocols. We work exclusively with third-party providers who meet strict data protection standards and operate under robust confidentiality and security commitments, including SOC 2 compliance where applicable.

To protect your privacy:

• All data is pre-processed and de-identified before being sent to Claude for analysis
• No personally identifiable information is shared with external models
• Your data is never used to train Claude or any third-party AI system

Your data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the BioSwitch service. It is never used for advertising, resold, or shared with any unrelated parties.

While we do not collect WhatsApp metadata, please note that your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence. Wherever it is handled, we ensure compliance with applicable laws and apply robust security protocols to safeguard your information at all times.

You have full ownership of your data. You may:

• Request access to your logs
• Ask us to delete all data we hold
• Withdraw your consent at any time

If you are accessing the Service from outside the UAE, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.
