BioSwitch Terms & Conditions

BioSwitch is a data-logging and AI-powered pattern recognition tool designed to support personal insight and self-awareness. We are not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic tool, or treatment plan.

All insights, suggestions, or reflections offered by BioSwitch are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

BioSwitch is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• BioSwitch does not provide medical advice or clinical assessments.
• BioSwitch is not a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided by BioSwitch are at your own risk.
• If you have or suspect you have a health condition, you should promptly consult a qualified healthcare provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BioSwitch, its founders, developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
• BioSwitch is not liable for misinterpretations of data, symptoms, or insights generated by our AI.
• BioSwitch is not responsible for any decisions you make regarding your health, wellbeing, treatments, or lifestyle based on the use of the Service.

You agree that your use of the Service is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for your choices, interpretations, and actions.

By using BioSwitch, you acknowledge and agree that all insights, reflections, and informational content provided through the service are for educational and self-reflective purposes only and are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You understand and agree that:

• BioSwitch is not a licensed medical provider, and does not offer medical services or advice.
• All decisions regarding your health, including but not limited to supplement intake, dietary choices, and lifestyle changes, are made at your own discretion and risk.
• You are solely responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your health regimen.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BioSwitch, its creators, employees, affiliates, partners, and third-party service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the BioSwitch service;
• Any health decisions you make based on the content or insights received;
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.

BioSwitch shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any actions taken based on its suggestions.

• Your data remains yours at all times.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information without your explicit consent.
• Data is stored securely and is used solely for providing the Service.
• You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

You agree to:

• Use the Service responsibly.
• Not rely solely on BioSwitch for health-related decisions.
• Consult healthcare providers for diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service.
• Be responsible for ensuring that any data you provide does not infringe on the privacy or rights of others.
• Acknowledge that any patterns, suggestions, or reflections offered by BioSwitch are subjective interpretations based on your self-reported data and AI pattern recognition, not verified clinical assessments.

BioSwitch is a focused, high-integrity environment. Users who upload demeaning, disruptive, or offensive content — especially with the intent to manipulate, undermine, or sabotage the AI — will have their access revoked without refund.

If you believe a decision was made unfairly, you may appeal by contacting us directly.

BioSwitch does not charge subscriptions. Instead:

• All users receive 3 free days of logging to trial the experience.
• After this, you may choose to purchase a Journey, a fixed-term plan (3, 6, or 12 months) of health optimisation support.
• Journeys are one-off payments, not recurring charges.
• When a Journey ends, you will be notified. If you wish to continue, you can consciously choose to purchase another. We will never auto-renew or direct debit without your intent.
• Returning users and loyal clients may be offered thoughtful renewal options.
• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We strive to keep the Service available but:

• We may experience temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, or updates.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
• While we aim for high uptime, BioSwitch is an evolving platform and availability may vary during development stages

• All content, branding, AI prompt logic, and frameworks associated with BioSwitch are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of BioSwitch's intellectual property without express written permission.

BioSwitch reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting updated Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates
